Induction courses

The first day of an induction course is a big day for any new employee. It is essential that they feel part of the business and fit in from the moment they arrive.

Many organisations are large and complex and often comprise of many divisions, which can be confusing to the new starter.

What better way of reassuring your new employees that they have made the right decision to join you and that their careers are in great hands, than providing a tour of your organisation that clearly explains and demonstrates all aspects of the business and the fabulous opportunities that lie ahead.

Procedures

It is often the responsibility of the HR department to organise the provision of training and instruction on a number of legal formalities during the Induction course and on an ongoing basis. These may include:

  • A Health & Safety tour of one or more sites,
  • The Complaints Procedure,
  • Money Laundering,
  • Company code of conduct and expected behaviours

Sometimes manpower levels are stretched and these procedures may be overlooked or not done thoroughly.

Why not save time and provide a consistent, recorded approach by producing a series of instructional videos linked to our Online Learning Management System. Employees may watch and listen then take an assessment producing a certificate that may be stored in their training file and viewed by line/training managers at any time.

Training

Use our Online Learning Management System to conveniently and thoroughly provide training to all staff wherever they are, whenever you wish. Save £1000s by:

  • Not having to take people away from their work for days

  • Not having to spend time marking and noting up training files
